Fries: 1. Slice potatoes into fries. Soak for 10-15 minutes in water and remove from liquid. Season with black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder. 2. Bake for 35-40 minutes in a 450 degree oven. Alternatively, use an air fryer for 30 minutes. Add fries to mixed greens. Vegan Ranch: 1. Add tofu (do not press) and the primal palate garden ranch seasoning mix into your blender (adding seasoning a little at a time until desired taste) and blend until creamy. If it's too clumpy, add a little bit of water until you get your desired consistency. Enjoy!
