Kale preparation: De-stem kale, wash, rinse and drain. Dressing preparation: Add dressing ingredients (tahini, low-sodium soy sauce, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder) into a blender and blend until smooth. Add water if necessary to reach desired consistency. Alternatively, you can easily whisk the ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle the dressing over the kale and serve, or massage the dressing into the kale until it becomes tender.
