Slice one large potato into fries. Soak the sliced fries in water for 10 minutes. Drain the fries and season them with fresh black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Bake the seasoned fries in a 400 degree oven for approximately 40 minutes, or until crispy. Pair the baked fries with some kale and shaved Brussels Sprouts. Drizzle the fries, kale, and Brussels sprouts with tahini and sriracha before serving.
