What you need
oz dairy-free yogurt

tsp beetroot

cup chia seed

peanut flour

sorghum

cup non-dairy milk
Instructions
For the White Chia Layer: Whisk chia seeds and non-dairy milk in a bowl until well combined. Place in the fridge overnight. For the Pink Layer: Whisk non-dairy yogurt and beetroot powder together until you get your desired color. To assemble: Layer the white chia pudding into your cup, then add crisped sorghum, brown rice, and quinoa cereal. Add the pink yogurt on top of the quinoa crispies.
