What you need

cup raw cashews

tbsp lime juice

banana

cup coconut oil

dash cinnamon

kiwi

cup date
Instructions
1. Blend all crust ingredients in a food processor until you get a thick and smooth consistency. 2. Place into a 9x9 inch non stick pan, making sure to add more around the edges to create raised sides. 3. Add a layer of kiwi slices. Place the pan into the freezer for around 30 minutes to an hour. 4. Rinse your food processor and all of your cheesecake filling ingredients. Blend your filling until creamy. 5. Take your pan out of the freezer. Pour your filling onto your crust. Garnish with another layer of kiwi slices. 6. Place your Kiwi Lime Cheesecake in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours, or until the cake sets. Then serve!😁💕View original recipe
