Raw Strawberry Kiwi Lime Cheesecake

1. Blend all crust ingredients in a food processor until you get a thick and smooth consistency. 
2. Place into a 10 inch non stick pan, making sure to add more around the edges to create raised sides. 
3. Add a layer of strawberry and kiwi slices. Place the pan into the freezer for around 30 minutes to an hour. 
4. Rinse your food processor and all of your cheesecake filling ingredients. Blend your filling until creamy. 
5. Take your pan out of the freezer. Pour your filling onto your crust. Garnish with another layer of strawberry and kiwi slices. 
6. Place your Strawberry Kiwi Lime Cheesecake in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours, or until the cake sets. Then serve!
