quinoa flakes
oz dairy-free yogurt

cup chia seed
Instructions
For the White Chia Layer: Whisk chia seeds and non-dairy milk in a bowl until well combined. Place in the fridge overnight. For the Purple Layer: Whisk non-dairy yogurt, blue spirulina, and beetroot powder together until you get your desired color. To assemble: Layer the white chia pudding into your cup, add quinoa crispies, then add the purple chia pudding on top of the quinoa crispies.
