Instructions

For the Chia Layer: Whisk chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl until well combined. Place in the fridge overnight. Once chilled, take half of your chia pudding and add in the beetroot powder, mixing until well combined.

For the Nice Cream Layer: Blend the 6 frozen bananas until creamy. Swirl in the 2 tsp activated charcoal. 

Assembly: Layer the plain chia pudding, beetroot chia pudding, and activated charcoal nice cream in glasses. Top with black roses.
