tbsp hummus

tbsp grapeseed oil

tsp garlic powder

lb brussel sprouts

tbsp lemon juice

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Wash brussels sprouts and slice in half. Move to a bowl and drizzle with grape seed oil and seasonings (2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder). Mix together until thoroughly coated. Place on a baking tray with parchment paper and bake for around 25 to 30 minutes. Bake longer for extra crispiness, but be careful not to burn. For the dressing: mix 3 tbsp oil-free hummus, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp onion powder until creamy. If too thick, use a little hot water until you get a creamy consistency.
